I hear someone telling me seriously
About a “Safe-Haven US Currency,”
And suddenly my mind sails far away,
It starts to fly through a new fallen world,
I feel I’m plunged into an immense blank,
I feel estranged, and lied to, and giddy,
Spiralling out of this world at lightspeed,
While watching self in a sea of silence
Surfing on naught with no end and no sound…
